WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist with the recruitment and screening of new hires for our home health and skilled nursing coding team
  • Overall management of the home health and skilled nursing coding division including US based and offshore employees
  • Mentor, guide, and train team members including managing workload
  • Monitor quality of coding and ensure performance expectations are conveyed and employees evaluated
  • Interact with clients including managing and resolving client issues and ensuring monthly targets are met
  • Formulate budget for coding division
  • Coordinate workflow between coding, billing and accounting divisions

 WHAT WE SEEK:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business/Healthcare Administration Management OR 8+ years of relevant coding management experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of client management experience maintaining high revenue volume and/or experience working with home health, hospice and skilled nursing organizations
  • 2+ years of people management experience (hiring, training, developing, etc.)
  • BCHH-C and/or CPC Certification

Salary commensurate with experience and bonus eligible.  Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with health savings account option and a dependent care savings plan.  401(k) with firm provided match and flexible hours are also offered. Overtime work as required throughout the year.
