Mueller Prost Young Professionals Group

The Mueller Prost Young Professionals Group is open to all associates under 35 (and those with less than 5 years of experience). As part of this group, you’ll be paired with a mentor who will lead you on a journey through networking and professional development.

As a member of this group, you’ll also have the chance to work with a selected charity through volunteering, fundraising and board service.

L.E.A.D.R. Leadership Academy

Leadership is always about going a step further – and that’s what we look for our L.E.A.D.R. academy participants.

With a focus on Leadership, Empowerment, Advancement, Discovery and Results, this yearlong program gives participants the chance to challenge themselves to develop new skills that help push boundaries and achieve meaningful results, both individually and for Mueller Prost.

It’s an intense program that will help you redefine what leadership means to you.
