Revenue is one of the most important financial statement measures. It is used to analyze many aspects of an entity's past and current performance, future growth potential and general financial well-being. Revenue recognition is one of the most scrutinized accounting topics by investors and regulators. Under ASC 606, Revenue from Contracts with Customers, new standards are in place which will be effective soon that may impact your business with respect to structuring of contracts and how and when revenue is recognized. The standard, once effective, will eliminate many existing revenue standards and replace volumes of industry and transaction-specific rules under current US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Join Mueller Prost at a complimentary, industry-specific session on the new revenue recognition standards. During the session, you'll gain:

  • Basic concepts of applying the standard specific to your industry
  • New disclosure requirements
  • How and when to approach implementation
  • And more!
