Join us on Tuesday, October 10th at Juliette Fowler for a breakfast seminar hosted by Cain Brothers and Mueller Prost.
A budget is an organization's roadmap to achieving its goals over the next fiscal year. In addition to external factors such as the economy, inflation, unemployment and minimum wage requirements, senior living providers need to consider health care legislation, government reimbursement levels, aging demographics, medical advances as well as real estate trends and new competitors. During this workshop we will discuss the characteristics of an effective budgeting process, strategies to use the budget for internal and external audiences and methods for developing underlying key assumptions.

- Identify key assumptions and sensitivities in the budgeting process
