According to the MSCPA’s website, “Since 2006, the MSCPA and AICPA have partnered to honor outstanding women in the accounting profession through the Women to Watch awards. The Women to Watch awards highlight the accomplishments of women in the profession, and demonstrate to emerging female leaders that success is not out of reach.”

When MaryPat Davitz joined Mueller Prost, she quickly became the professional on whom everyone relies. She is a firm-wide mentor because she genuinely cares about helping others succeed. To that end, MaryPat has helped staff study for the CPA exam, develops customized CPE plans for team members, and has designed promotion roadmaps so that emerging professionals can clearly see the actions, skills, milestones and timeline needed for advancement.
