Mueller Prost Promotes Richars to Director of Accounting Services

ST. LOUIS (July 17, 2014) – Mueller Prost is proud to congratulate Terry E. Richars on his recent promotion to Director of Accounting Services!

In his new role, Terry will lead Mueller Prost’s Accounting Services team, working with small and start-up clients to provide outsourced CFO, controller and bookkeeping services, accounting system training, tax support, and business advice. Terry’s hands-on approach to client service and practical advice exemplifies Mueller Prost’s philosophy of Advising with Vision®.

Terry has over ten years of experience providing business valuation, litigation support and expert witness testimony, forensic accounting, individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns, SOC reporting, and consulting services. He primarily works with privately-held and middle-market organizations across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and the legal community.

Terry is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers. He is the current Secretary of the St. Louis Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and also devotes time to coaching youth sports.
